One moment — pulling in the catalog…
True seam-to-seam sublimation on 100% polyester — photorealistic color, zero hand feel, no setup fee. Our bread and butter.
Sublimation on polyester is a heat-transfer printing process that bonds disperse dyes directly into polyester fibers at the molecular level. At around 200°C, solid dye turns to gas and permanently embeds in the fabric — the result is a print that cannot peel, crack, or fade, with zero hand-feel and full edge-to-edge coverage. Polyester is the only fabric that accepts sublimation, which is why it is the standard for all-over print sportswear, esports jerseys, and cycling kits.
The polyester-side of our full fabric line. Pre-shrunk, pre-tested, ready to run on the sublimation press.

Polyester loves disperse dyes — they bond to the fiber under heat and pressure, becoming the fabric itself. We run industrial sublimation presses calibrated to 200°C. Most DTG shops can't print on polyester because their chemistry is wrong.
Every roll of polyester we stock is pre-shrunk before cutting. Your printed garment will not shrink or distort after the first wash — we test-shrink every batch.
From raw fabric to finished garment under one roof. We cut, print, sew, QC, and pack — no middlemen. This is how we hit 15-25 day lead times at MOQ 50.
Our sublimation presses hit the full CMYK gamut — gradients, skin tones, photographs, fine text. We use the same ink chemistry as the European sportswear giants.
We run both. Most factories only run one. Use this table to decide which fabric fits your project — or ask us and we'll recommend.

The questions sourcing managers ask before placing a polyester sublimation order.
100% polyester is the industry standard for dye-sublimation because the polyester fibers bond directly with disperse dyes under heat (around 200°C). Light-colored polyester (white, pastel) produces the most vibrant CMYK-to-RGB color reproduction. For athletic and performance apparel, 100–150 gsm micro-polyester and 150–220 gsm interlock are the two most common constructions. If you need an all-over print (edge-to-edge) with no white borders and a soft hand, a 100% polyester knit is the only fabric that can deliver true all-over sublimation at scale.
Pure cotton will not hold disperse sublimation dyes — the ink sits on the surface and washes out. For cotton, we use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) or DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, which lays pigment ink on top of the cotton fiber. DTF is the most versatile option for 100% cotton apparel, with no pretreatment required and a soft hand. Cotton/polyester blends (e.g. 65/35) accept sublimation with reduced vibrancy proportional to the cotton content. We will recommend the right process based on your fabric, artwork, and order quantity.
It depends on the application. For race shirts and lightweight training tops, 100–140 gsm micro-polyester is the sweet spot. For team jerseys and basketball uniforms, 140–160 gsm interlock balances opacity and weight. For hoodies, warm-ups and outerwear, 220–320 gsm brushed-back polyester or French terry is typical. Heavier fabric is not always better — heavier fabric feels more premium but sublimation color vibrancy is slightly reduced because the dye saturates more fiber.
Sublimation embeds the ink into the polyester fiber, so it does not sit on top of the fabric like screen-printed plastisol. Result: zero hand-feel, no cracking, no peeling, and full all-over coverage. Screen printing is more cost-effective for very small runs (under 25 pcs) and for spot-color logos, but cannot achieve edge-to-edge full-coverage prints on a finished garment. For most custom sublimated apparel in the 50–5,000 pcs range, sublimation is more cost-efficient than screen printing once you factor in setup, color count, and per-unit labor.
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design per size. For first-time customers or sample runs, we can produce as low as 30 pcs per design at a slightly higher unit price. For repeat orders, we are flexible on smaller re-orders of 20–30 pcs. There is no MOQ on blank sublimated yardage (fabric-by-the-yard) for cut-and-sew customers.
From approved artwork and fabric in-house, production is typically 7–12 days for an order of 50–500 pcs. Larger orders (1,000+ pcs) run 15–25 days. Air freight adds 5–7 days door-to-door; sea freight adds 22–32 days door-to-door to most US/EU ports. We can also DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your warehouse in 100+ countries, with the duty and last-mile cost quoted upfront.
