What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 50 pieces per design, per size, per color. We do not require per-style minimums, so you can mix sizes freely. Reorders start at 30 pieces.

Can you print all-over on cotton T-shirts?

Yes. We run digital pigment ink on 100% cotton via direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which holds color on cotton without polyester. We also offer allover digital print on cotton for true edge-to-edge, and DTF for blended fabrics.

Do you ship DDP (door-to-door with duties paid)?

Yes. DDP is available to 50+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and ocean freight. Your landed cost is fixed at quote time: no surprise customs bills on delivery. US orders can ship from our Fontana CA warehouse in 2–5 days.

How long does production take?

Sample: 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Bulk: 10–15 business days for sublimation, 15–20 for DTG cotton. Shipping adds 3–7 days by air or 25–40 days by sea. Rush orders are accepted.

What file format should I send?

AI, PSD, PDF, or PNG at 300 DPI. Include a mockup or tech pack for accurate sizing. We provide a free artwork check and mockup before production starts.

Do you handle design if I only have a sketch?

Yes. Our in-house design team converts sketches, references, and bullet-point briefs into print-ready artwork. Free mockup, no commitment, no IP claim.

Which solution should I pick if I sell across multiple buyer types?

Most multi-channel buyers start with the Apparel Brands & Agencies solution (white-label, NDA-friendly, your brand on every label), then add E-commerce Fulfillment for DDP-to-door or blind-shipping. You can run both workflows in parallel without re-onboarding — the production line, fabric library, and account manager stay the same.

Can I combine two solutions, e.g. team apparel + event merchandise?

Yes. We regularly run hybrid orders: a sports league's player kits ship under Teams & Sports, while the fan merch from the same league ships under Event & Festival. Pricing stays per-piece; we just route the two halves to different delivery addresses or release windows so each batch arrives on its own deadline.

Do all solutions have the same MOQ?

MOQ is 50 pieces per design across every solution. The difference is what 50 pieces gets you: a fully sublimated cut-and-sew cycling kit (Teams), a polybagged merch bundle (Event), a poly-cotton polo with DTG chest logo (Corporate), or a retail-packaged DTC tee (E-commerce). Below 50 pcs we can do it but per-unit cost rises sharply because setup doesn't amortize.

Which solution is fastest if I have a 7-day deadline?

Promotional & Marketing carries an explicit 7-day rush lane, and Event & Festival ships in 2 weeks under DDP. The other solutions sit at 14–21 days. Rush always costs a 20% production surcharge plus any air-freight delta; we confirm capacity the same day you ask, not after you commit.

Do you sign NDAs for Apparel Brands & Agencies work?

Yes — mutual NDA is standard before any pattern, grading, or branded label work. We also offer white-label shipping (your packing slip, your carton mark, no SublimApparel branding anywhere on the outward packaging) and blind invoicing for dropship-to-customer orders.

Is the E-commerce Fulfillment solution US-only?

We hold buffer stock at our Fontana, CA warehouse for US-bound orders (2–5 day domestic) and route EU/UK/AU orders from our Yiwu hub via DDP. Shopify, Amazon FBA, and TikTok Shop integrations are live; for other platforms we provide CSV-based order feeds with daily auto-sync.

Which solution is right for a first-time apparel brand with no manufacturing experience?

Apparel Brands & Agencies. We sign a mutual NDA, hold your patterns and grading files in escrow, run private-label production with your woven labels and packaging, and ship under your carton mark with no SublimApparel branding on the outward packaging. White-label invoicing and blind dropship are both included. The first PO is typically 100–300 pieces to validate fit and sell-through, scaling to 1,000+ pieces per drop once your collection is in market.
