Soft, breathable, comfortable against the skin — and the only major apparel fabric where DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is faster, sharper, and cheaper than sublimation. Our 100% cotton jersey uses 26-32S ring-spun yarn in a single knit construction, giving a smooth print surface and a soft hand that softens further with washing. Stock gsm is 160-200; custom weights available from 140-240 gsm for heavier or lighter programs.

- ✓Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on reverse side. DTG prints last 50+ wash cycles when washed inside-out.

What's the minimum order for cotton jersey t-shirts?
50 pieces per style/color/size. For DTG full-color prints, MOQ stays at 50 — no screen setup fee.
Can you do photographic prints on cotton?
Yes. DTG handles unlimited colors, gradients, and photos at 1440 dpi. Send artwork at 300 dpi for best results.
Is your cotton pre-shrunk?
Yes, all stock cotton jersey is sanforized to ≤3% residual shrinkage. Garments will not noticeably shrink after home washing.
Do you supply organic cotton?
Yes, GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey available with 30-day lead time and 500+ kg minimum. Recycled cotton blends also available.
