How to care for cotton fleece.
- ✓Wash inside-out cold. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on print. Cotton fleece may pill slightly on high-friction areas over time — this is normal and does not affect print durability.

Common questions about cotton fleece.
What's the difference between 320 gsm and 400 gsm fleece?
320 gsm is our standard hoodie weight — substantial but not heavy. 400 gsm is premium heavyweight — denser yarn, warmer, more structured drape. We recommend 320 for general programs, 400 for premium or oversized fits.
Will DTG prints crack on fleece?
No. DTG ink bonds inside cotton fibers. After 50+ wash cycles, prints on our fleece remain soft and intact, with no cracking or peeling.
Can you do all-over prints on hoodies?
Yes, via DTF cut-and-sew (best for full-print) or large-format screen print. All-over DTG on assembled hoodies is limited to 40x50 cm print area.
